What type of Placement is best for me?

At DAS, we offer prospective employees several types of employment opportunities, designed to meet different needs:

Contract Positions

Two different types of Contract positions are available at DAS.

1. As an associate, you will be paid at an hourly rate and taxes will be taken out, using a Federal W2 form.

2. As a full-time employee of DAS, you will be salaried and receive full benefits including:

Paid holidays
Paid sick days
Paid vacation
Medical/Dental insurance
401K plan

Contract to Permanent Positions

The Contract to Permanent option offers you the opportunity to become a full-time employee of the client with whom DAS has placed you. After a limited time period during which client and employee have gotten to know one another and established a “good fit,” the move from contract to permanent placement is often a natural and welcome transition.

Permanent Positions

This alternative gives you the chance to seek permanent placement with your client. DAS works with many high-end, Fortune companies that offer employees excellent and comprehensive benefits packages. While we are always happy to have outstanding consultants working for us, we’re equally as happy to see our consultants take jobs where their skills are needed and appreciated!
